Phew! What a week! Are you ready for Christmas yet? I'm not even close. Every day Dylan asks how many more days and I have to swallow my panic and answer in a cheerful-like-I'm-just-as-excited voice, "Fourteen more days, honey!" We do have an elf now. Welcome to Friday! I have to admit that a certain crabbiness was nibbling at the edges of my day on Thursday. It's the weather. Like the rest of the country, south Texas is experiencing its first hard freeze with this arctic front that is moving through.
